    I'm a teacher in a public school and although I use the freedom I have, I don't often get to talk with students directly about Jesus. But if a student invites me to their graduation party, this is the gift I bring. I've had more than one student come back to tell me that it was instrumental in helping them understand the need for a personal relationship with God, or that it revitalized their faith.

    the introduction is very helpful. It is clearly and simply written for the beginner in reading the Bible. It succinctly identifies the major sections of the Bible as they are covered in the Essential 100's. It continues with helpful directions on how best to use the daily readings starting with prayer, reading to listen to God and apply what He has said to you. Each day's reading is very manageable in amount of reading. Good suggestions are given for use with another person, a small group. or a church wide Bible reading program.

    I will be using this for a Bible Study, everyone is really excited to start
